I use as holistic as possible and find watching the amount of processed food in my diet really help lower my pain levels,

Regular sleep (best healer) and limit stress as much as possibly. Decent protien and keep moving.

Accept that sometimes you'll be limited on what you can do. If you need to stop and rest (and it's possible to do so) then stop.

People don't understand chronic pain. They use phrases like 'soldier on' or 'power through' or my least favourite 'be strong '. That isn't always possible and it isn't a sign of weakness.

Find things that work for you.

We both understand and empathise

Finding it difficult to find a balance. If I do have a good night, then the day seems to be easier. I follow a strict routine at night, but each night is different - ranging from 2 hours sleep to 6 hours broken sleep. The pain at time is all consuming 😢
