Have just been going through our content and have found a load of videos and photos have been removed as violating content, they were all approved originally.

Are there any mods on the forum that can have a look and see what happened whether reported or someone just a little sensitive. Some of it is just wearing shibari dresses while having sex, not sure how that differs to lingerie or handcuffs.

All of our content is discussed by us before uploading , all of our activity is carefully discussed before play.

I dont think forum mods can help, if you think a pic has been removed wrongly contact using the contact us at bottom of home page, occasionally a pic is accepted but later reported as against rules so gets rejected

The problem is that there does not appear to be any hard and fast rules anywhere. The "mods" seem to make it up as they go along......no consistency.

You have answered your own question. If a pic shows someone being hurt or evidence of injury they will be removed.

I don't think mods go through profiles deleting pics but if some other member of Fab has reported your pics they will have been reassessed and deleted.

The mods don't and rules are followed, at times photos or videos slip through accidentally given vast amount and I believe Admin has last say unless it goes against site photo/video rules and obviously the site owner.... But as mentioned if a user believes an error has been made can request a review leaving them so they are able to

I think it varies too - years ago i had a belt photo removed/rejected from my gallery shortly after uploading ... But two guys downloaded it and used it as their profile pictures for around a year before cottoned onto what they had done and reported them!!

The same photo is also still visible in someone else's account in their public gallery

Pic mods, like forum mods are volunteers. There's a huge number of images to go through and mistakes can happen, so if something that shouldnt be allowed gets through it's likely to be removed if reported.

Whilst not specifically mentioned, anything with visible bruising/marks isn't allowed, nor tribute pics/videos.

Ive had loads that have been accepted for months suddenly removed. I thought it was because my site supporter expired as had no explanation. Re uploaded them, they got deleted and I got banned from uploading!! No real explanation except see photo rules, which they dont breach. Seen plenty pics like mine too. Very odd. Thinking of leaving now

The rule on site is if yiu see something that's against rules yiu should report them so yiu be doing yiur fab due to do it we had one of a squirt puddle removed recently and one of bruise so least yiu should do is take away all those couples photos I believe if they are breaking site rules"

I don't want to be "that guy" who spoils other people's fun....

I'm not a photo mod so couldn't comment. Tributes used to be common but as they're pictures of pictures they're now viewed the same as screenshots and not permitted.

Likewise 'squirting' images and videos may slip through the net at times but are viewed the same as watersports, which aren't allowed.

To the OP, your discussions about what pictures you want to take are obviously fine, but there are certain things that you won't be allowed to upload, that includes any pictures that look like someone is being harmed.

If any have been approved by accident/ mistake they will be removed again once seen or reported.

To the subject of tributes pics,since about three years ago Admin decided they are not allowed so any you see now may well be from a while back, either way if you report they will be removed.

Finally, Mods do not make up what they approve, they are given instructions, there are thousands of pics approved daily and obviously with humans moderating there will be mistakes /accidental approvals...but in relation to how many are approved each day it is a small %
