I'm just fascinated why someone would join any group when they have no intention of meeting.
If its just to chat, why not one of the millions of groups out there that may take your fancy or do you chat on multiple sites and platforms.
I've absolutely no problem if you are just here to chat and get lots of single men sending you messages but it does bother me when the chatters cross over into those who meet and / or play and make arrangements that never come to fruition, it's a waste of everyone's time.

I wouldn't necessarily assume they are all swingers as in would want a non monogamous relationship if they were in one, as that's different to looking for casual sex as a single person. I don't class myself as a swinger either, also don't advertise who and when if I meet anyone as it nothing to do with anyone else. That doesn't mean I can't be here. There's loads of people here who don't class themselves as swingers. "Yes, I do understand but it's surprising what people consider swinging. For me, it's recreational sex. I always find difficult to understand how if swinging friends become longer term friends how on earth you introduce them to vanilla friends. I'd be a jibbering wreck at each meet, especially if booze was involved, should anyone spill the beans. It was a piece of advice given to us when we started "for Christ sake never, ever, tell your real friends". | |||

Fab would be empty if it was only made up of couples who swing. "I wonder how many people would be on here if you excluded the time wasters. I personally don't think the number of members on a site has any bearing. FAB is brilliant for information on club meets, holidays, parties, see who's near but find other sites with far less members better for 121 meets, but that's just from our experience, I'm sure others see it different. I'm delighted that folks take different things from swinging but the timewasters really piss us off. We lead busy working and social lives and don't really have the time to sort through timewasters, dreamers, delusional and just plain nutters. But, as always, each to their own. Have fun. Liz. Plenty of people are here that "aren't swingers". It's not for anyone else to decide if you're swingers, if you aren't and the same for anyone else. As I stated above, there absolutely can be "labels", you don't have to follow them, lots of people don't, infact tbh, I've seen more people just pick a label they like to vaguely explain their dynamic on their profile than actually follow what that label entails in its full form be arsed people change, evolve and push boundaries.
