As for viagra, get the all clear from doc first. They’d want to make sure your blood pressure etc is ok.

Start off with a soft flexible rubber one first,then move on to metal ones,Only £5ish off Ebay,around 45mm,50mm,55mm sizes so if too big and slack not a lot lost but dont go too small till you sure on size
