We have been around the scene since we were in our twenties. The lifestyle for us is just a bit of extra fun, We always keep our eyes on the ball because we’ve made many good friends on here, but generally tend to dip in and out a couple of times a year when it takes our fancy. Is it addictive? It depends on you i guess. For us its just an addition to an already great sex life.

It can be addictive because of the neuron response and the serotonin levels which you are then chasing again. I get it when I go to clubs. The lights, sound and visual stimulation of naked people all overwhelm the senses and it's difficult sometimes to come down from that.

Addiction is entirely dependent on an individual’s persona, whether that is swinging, alcohol, etc. It’s highly unlikely that a couple would both be that way inclined, although not impossible. A single is more likely to be addicted to sex rather than swinging I expect. Just enjoy it for what it is and unless it’s affecting other aspects of your lives don’t worry about labelling it.
