In swinging, some have come into this world with little or none, sadly that may have come at the hands of a partner/s stripping it away from them..

this will help some, others it just deepens it.

From my experience it 'swings both ways' with both sexes but lets be honest most people use common sense!

Nobody should meet anyone without some sort of verification; pictures (hopefully recent!), cam, phone and or general chat, hopefully all these things but as with all things - each to their own!

There are plenty of chancers, fakes and just general idiots - best to cover your bets plus keep yourself safe and discreet.

I've never used the 'cheese grater factor' but it's got me thinking!!

I hope its not a pain pleasure thing - eeew best not to think about that one too much!!

Self-respect is about liking ourselves - we like ourselves because of who we are and not because of what we can or cannot do…. and does not rely on anyone else’s approval. When we conform for fear of what others may think, we are not respecting ourselves.

After reading some of the comments people have written in this thread and many others like it, I wonder who is really showing their lack of self-respect?

With regards to the OP's question.... I believe more women on here demonstrate lack of self-respect than men do... and openly post about it in their rants, self-deprecating comments, status updates, tales of regret... and so on.

Meaning of phrase "self Respect":

"dignity: the quality of being worthy of esteem or respect; "it was beneath his dignity to cheat"; "showed his true self" etc

In true meaning of the phrase in the masculine it looks like us men are fuxked which ever way we turn lol

Does this mean I have no self-respect?

Does it make me desperate because I do something I enjoy?

If you understand what self-respect is… you’ll find that freedom from being evaluative of yourself and not being concerned with what others think is a pretty big part of having self-respect.

I admire people who can look beyond the brainwashing of what we should and shouldn’t find attractive. I envy those who genuinely place no importance on the age, size, shape and looks of a person and can just see the sexual being. This is not desperation… this is liberation.

Self-respect is about liking ourselves - we like ourselves because of who we are and not because of what we can or cannot do…. and does not rely on anyone else’s approval. When we conform for fear of what others may think, we are not respecting ourselves.

After reading some of the comments people have written in this thread and many others like it, I wonder who is really showing their lack of self-respect?

With regards to the OP's question.... I believe more women on here demonstrate lack of self-respect than men do... and openly post about it in their rants, self-deprecating comments, status updates, tales of regret... and so on.

Lucky for them some guys don't see a lack of self-respect as a turn-off."
