Definitely shower, bit of personal grooming, e.g. fingernails, shaving.

Clean clothes, especially pants.

Not sure if use aftershave, given the circumstances of lots on here I don’t think suspicious smells, no matter how nice, are the way forward!

First of all give myself plenty of time so I'm not rushing (very useful if you suffer from time blindness).

Put on some music. Sort what I'm wearing and iron what I need. Lay it out. Nice shower, good brush of the teeth. Some good antiperspirant for under the pits (nerves can make you a little moist) and splash of a tried and tested Aftershave. Double check you have the location and your transport plans sorted. Get dressed, a little inspection in the mirror and set off.

What to take? Obviously phone, wallet and keys. In addition a pack of mints and some protection (by that I mean condoms, not a cosh or a knuckle duster). Because from experience even when a meet is supposed to be strictly a social it doesn't end up purely social.

In that you can take a bag. Is it a first time with them or someone you have experience with? If its going to be a long session maybe take a few bits you enjoy to use or be used on you? Maybe a few snacks and supplies? Also possibly appropriate to take your Toothbrush and some overnight items?

As I usually seem to meet at mine, there's plenty of work in cleaning the house, specially bedroom (throw on top of duvet cover to absorb strange stains, clean pillow cases, etc) and the bathroom, then setting up refreshments, video kit if using, lube, towels. Then for myself, shower, shave, change into minimal clothes, then it's wait and wonder what will happen......
