You're guaranteed to have more success with single men because they make up the majority of the membership, obviously. Women and couples are definitely more discerning about who they meet, but I don't often see profiles with an upper age that would exclude the 60s. It could be there people are just busy/preoccupied, maybe you're just not their cup of tea for other reasons. Hard to offer any general answer to that, I'm afraid, but in answer to your initial question, I don't think you are. | |||

If you go to a club age means less than on here, attractive older couples become "attractive couples"." You're not too old at all (but I'm a year over your age limit) but it is very noticeable that a lot of people think 65 or 70 is the end of one's sex life, which couldn't be further from the truth. I'vbe had more and better sex over the last few years than since I was in my 30's. | |||

"You shouldn't be too old, but I've found many on Fab have age restrictions that rule me out. Everyone's entitled to their preferences, but I suspect by using an age range people are trying to ensure more "fit" and "shapely" people contact them. It's less likely to be filtering on the basis of mind and character, but it's all about the body. It's a very crude method of filtering however. What gets me is if you investigate a bit, look at the profiles of people they have met, I soon see body types that are far more "decrepit" than mine at the age of 59. So to my mind, they've sort of shot themselves in the foot by their use of an age range. For instance, I know for certain that I'm far fitter, virile and masculine than many men in their 40s It's quit frustrating when you can't contact someone but you think they'd actually quite like you or you'd like to ask them a non-hook up question or respond to theirs, but you can't. But I suppose it is what it is!
Now everyone go and look at my profile so I can feel like I'm getting some sort of attention! "I don't find it frustrating at all. I know for sure that most men would prefer a 40 something woman to me and when I was younger I would have chosen younger men. None of us are entitled to attention from other people regardless of how fit we are in comparison to those they're choosing to interact with. | |||

I’m on the case with getting MrBicpl to add onto our couple’s profile, some more recent pics of himself. We did think of visiting some clubs again would be beneficial. We have a club/party social in a few weeks, which I’m looking forward to.
I gathered that we probably don’t fit into some people’s age ranges now and that’s ok.  | |||
