I am not aware of it but if a member of HMPS has had sex with a "resident" as they are now to be called. They will almost certainly lose their job. The stupidity to film it, on a contraband phone or if it was the staff members personel phone even worse.

Oddly phones are not allowed in prisons.

Its not that I am against it, per say. I am just amazed at the stupidity of it

It had better have been the fuck of the century as it will ruin their life.

Just read the mail online version of events.

So she has already lost her job but she will now be investigated by HMPS for potential contraband offences. The fact that the cellmate filmed it proves there is a contraband issue (which there is in all prisons) but she will be lucky to escape prosecution. Genuinely, how stupid can you be !?

Legally and morally the prisoner. If you’re in a position of power such as the prison guard, you absolutely cannot have sex with an inmate legally. It’s absolutely vile and I think I read she’s already be charged.
