You can purchase them over the counter at pharmacies. But please get medical advice and be truthful about what medications you are on as they can clash.

Go to your local pharmacy and you may be able to buy them. It all depends on if you're on other medications or have certain medical conditions. They may want to ask a few questions but that's purely to make sure they are safe for you to take.

You can also buy them online, filling out clinical questions on forms.

I would highly recommend NOT buying off any random person though as you cannot guarantee what you are purchasing.
