Should people tell you they’re high before a meet?

Is it just me but maybe a lot of people I’ve gone to meet on here have been high when I’ve got there. I have no issue if that’s what they want to do, each to their own. I personally have no interest in it though and have had to walk away from meets before they’ve even started. Do I going forward have to ask if they’ve smoked a spliff or done a few lines before I jump in the car to head over.

Maybe add to your profile that you are not interested in meeting people who are under the influence.

Hmm maybe try make judgment before meeting. If you feel they could be a user of some sorts then question it but if your un sure anyway can always ask. I suppose its something thats hard to know until your their. Personally id just make a u turn leave and block.

Anyone partying in sexual activity under the influence can technically be classed as being sexual assaulted!

Half of my problem is I’ve snuck away from work for a bit of lunchtime action, I can’t go back into the office for meetings with clients smelling like a spliff.

But I’ve gone before and they’ve had so much they can barely talk let alone get hard, immediate no and I’ve walked out the door. The messaging was impeccable though so I had no idea until I got there.

Do you think? It’s not something I’d ever feel the need to put on my profile, surely fabbers that are “chem friendly” should write it on theirs!

deffo not ideal mate. I would state you dont meet smokers, smokers or other users. Put foot down and make it clear to them when messaging. Its still difficult ill admit as they may lie. I would try do all i could though before arranging to make it clear. Sorry i cannot give anymore advice.

Yes I think so.

No problem with it, but personally I think being to high or d*unk can blur the lines of consent. We prefer everyone to be fully aware, a little Dutch courage helps though

I won’t meet anyone under the influence of drugs. Maybe if they have had a drink or two but not smashed out their head. As others have said, that could potentially be sexual assault if any action took place. What if they regretted it after when they were sober?..

I just leave meets if people are d*unk and if there is substances well it’s an immediate bounce and block

Carlisle usually

When I left vetting up to the ex we ended up meeting a lot of people who were clearly less than sober.

It makes me uncomfortable. It is not something I've continued to tolerate since embracing single life

I wouldn’t knowingly meet anyone that was under the influence. Can’t stand drugs and I’ve been off the booze for over 6 months now so I’m trying to avoid that where I can.
