Came across a couple I had met with an ex on holiday many years ago.

I have them both on other social accounts. Had a look at their photos and interests to be nosey. But that was it.

They messaged me a few days later after seeing I’d looked at their profile. We exchanged a few messages and then I just made an excuse to say I wasn’t interested and wished them all the best.

I know we are all here for mostly the same reasons but I have found a few neighbours on here but I remain tight lipped about it.

I have also discovered a few friends on here but will also stay quiet until they let it slip by accident or on purpose.

Not too sure if I want them to know its me on here either as I cant be sure if I would be guaranteed the same discretion.

The tw*t went bragging to his mates in the pub and showed him our face pics. His mates knew Mr B from a few years back through work and then rumours went round about us that wern’t ideal as our private life should remain that way.

I once had a colleague say “Fab” to me, very loudly, at the end of a team meeting. I’m sure others didn’t cotton on, but it made my blood boil.

In real life she looked at least 20 years older than in her photos, so I didn’t even realise it was her until she made that comment.
