Which are the best hotel and rooms for fun in and easy to access rooms with out keep passing reception?.

I think you're going to need to visit different hotels at the locations that are of interest.

I've met folks at 5* venues in Leeds city centre at 2am, no questions and when I do the walk if shame at 5am, no one in the posh shiny reception bats and eyelid!

I've also been to Premier Inn locations where the booked in guests can use a street lift directly into their floor bypassing the reception.

I’ve used Marriott, Village, Premier Inn, Holiday Inn, Hilton, Travelodge and Ibis hotels. I actually love the buzz of walking past reception on a ‘fun’ meet! Just look natural and nobody bats an eyelid
