Pride events are a way to empower LGBTQ+ individuals to reclaim their rights and freedoms, and to fight social stigma and shame. "Never been to Birmingham pride I hope it hasn’t got too expensive and corporate like Manchester. I generally only go to Sparkle (Trans Pride in Manchester) these days but been meaning to go to other events for some time now. Either way have a great time all those attending and please drink and dance too much. "It’s still quite reasonably priced to be fair Love the fact the streets are full and the pubs are empty !!! My 1st last year can’t wait for this years !!! | |||

"We're in Birmingham but not until after Pride. We're there 30th/31st and whenever we're there we spend an evening at The Village Inn - one of the friendliest, nicest places we know." If you've not been in a while there is so much building work going on around it. Not sure how long it way be there for. | |||
