It does seem that Fab is advertised as a 'free site' but when trying to access certain elements of the site your askrd to pay?

The extra features are paid for, but not paying doesn't take anything away from your experience. E.g. Some websites dont let you private message without paying.

The things you pay for on this site are just extra fun things... Definitely worth using if you don't pay as well!

Everything that you need is free. Paying enahnces the site but in no way is it limted in it's functionality if you don;t become a site supporter

It is free to join, free to put up a profile, free to post pics, free to post on the forums, free to send or receive mail, free to add to hotlist, free to send friend invites.

You only get more of the same if you pay.

So, unlike other sites, it is free.

When we joined we had a lot of fun, met some great folks, and never paid a penny. We chose to upgrade, £5 for 60 days, which gives you a few extras, but that was and is our choice. So, ultimately, the bulk of Fab is free, up to each person if they want to upgrade

Sire supporters get enhanced services like more pics, 'looked at me' feature, more cam docks etc. For reading and writing messages, chatting, going on cam, going on the forums, and uploading pics you don't have to pay.

Oh well, I never look at those pages anyway. I pay to support the site, and get a happy warm feeling inside. Doesn't help me get any more meets though!

I never knew that. It's not mentioned on the list of features when you upgrade, just that you can see previous messages and save them.

To the OP...the site is free to use for hell of a lot of things.

If you want some extras you can upgrade, but it isn't compulsory.

Most sites only allow you to join and read mail, try sending a reply and they hold their hand out for money.

it is free but u can get extras , but most free sites dont give u half the things that fab do, most other free sites u can only veiw profiles nothing else

And for ALL members. I have been on a few sites where women are free but men and couples have to pay. Fab is the only place that treats all members the same.

As has been said you get the basics for free, and even the basics is pretty good! We never bothered with the site supporter as we upgraded on another site and felt it was a waste of money. However we did eventually become a site supporter and it is great, making notes, seeing previous messages, who looked at us and also the feeling you are doing a little bit to help keep the site running. Big big thumbs up from us and we will keep supporting the site even though we do not have to
