I know there's been innumerable threads like this over years but resurrecting...

What are people's thoughts of the prospects of finding this here as opposed to on dating sites? Clearly the ratio of men to couples to single women is ridiculous but should I give up hope? It feels more realistic perhaps than meeting someone on a conventional dating app and broaching subject of my interests.

Id love to hear perspectives and experiences.
