If we've had no interaction, I wouldn't even react.

Mentioning it to a stranger in public would be creepy to me.

If it is someone I've already been chatting to on here, I'll just smile, or polite hello, then maybe message on here and say "That was me in the green dress in the shell garage"

Several people in my building use fab. 2 of whom I know well. I just say hello as I would do to anyone else.

Quite a number of people whilst out and about. Either just say hello in passing or ignore.
