Does anyone think when you’re in a packed pub or meeting lots of people in a meeting room “I bet there swingers” etc, do it quite a lot now ?

We’ve been asked by other swingers without them knowing randomly if we are! Does it stand out haha

Have seen other couples sitting in a pub. A few times they have been on the FAB app scrolling away.

Perhaps we need a badge or a wristband we can pull out x

Always wondered this. Statistically someone in your circle or who you know will be right? So we’re always guessing who it might be lol

I wouldn’t say we could, but have! We were in a local bar (on a rare night with no kids), saw another couple…something about them, loving but with wandering eyes as well - made us check fab and…very proud of ourselves lol

Not noticed swingers, but people cheating or entertaining a lady they have paid are fairly easy to spot lol

I think one way to solve this issue is for everyone on fab (as a community) to agree collectively (perhaps as a poll through a cheeky picture on a profile) to a specific unique design on a bracelet which would be the notifier of a swinger in public. As long as people start to use them and share the meaning with other swingers, it should start to make traction.

Then one of the red tops would get hold of it and every chance would be using it.

The easiest thing to do is turn on who's near.

But I thought that swingers doggers etc were dirty pervs till I realised how great it is and that there’s a community and normal people do it so I was wrong to stereo type everyone

I like to look on who's near and play spot who the cock belongs to.

But in all seriousness no, people wouldn't look at us & think swingers, if anyone approached me outside of fab I'd not be impressed.

That's a fair point Foxy. I'm probably not the only one that thought, it may be helpful for swingers to have some kind of universal signal to know each other by. But yea, I totally understand the point you made about possible unwanted attention.

It’ll be the frequency of energy that’s generated by the individuals and others ability to tune into it, consciously or even subconsciously?

I can often spot people, but mostly because I’m pretty easily recognisable, and I clock them looking and discussing x

Different for a guy if I was looking over and they wasn’t swingers might end in bother, but if a woman was looking over and paying as much attention to the other woman it would t be an issue I do t think

There are some unofficial signs we are aware of including wearing anklets, toe rings, a black ring or sometimes the wedding band on right hand.

We do check to see who's near. And then look to see if we can make out who it could be.

If we are chatting we drop the word FAB into the conversation and look to see if we get a reaction or response, normally it's the gentleman of the couple who gives it away.

Then when the ladies are away things are said, if they are.

We often try but not sure we ever have been right never been approached, well only by some people we had met at a club previously, so that doesn't count.

As someone who went to a social and people thought I’d accidentally walked in and no one had picked up on it for the first HOUR

I’d say spotting a swinger is occasionally difficult

I’d say from my experience, it’s the ones you least expect, who would turn out to be Fabbers.

I think you can sense if someone has a particularly potent sexual energy about them but that does not necessarily make them swingers.

We went to a social last year. Our first time there and we thought we might be a little early, so got a drink and sat at a tall table near the bar of the big pub. After a while we clocked a smart looking couple at a similar table 5 yds away who were chatting, but looking around fairly regularly.

Dead certs we thought, so the best looking (bravest) of us strolled casually over. "Excuse me asking but are you in town for the show?" I ventured, slightly vaguely.

"No" they replied. "We're locals here to watch the swingers...It's quite entertaining and you should stay and watch, but they don't usually show up for another hour or so...".

Hmmm

If we are staying at a hotel before going to a club, it’s fairly easy to spot the couples probably heading in same direction. Not necessarily because of what they are wearing.

Breakfast the next morning can be fun thinking about who you saw where in what position

We’re people watcher’s when we go out and many times we’ve spotted the people we actually know who are on fab. We don’t dive into a frenzy when we see them, but we do give a polite nod.
