What is with people on here? Chatting to a female. She added me as friend yesterday. This morning she said she was interested. Sends 3 messages in 2 hours 1 of which was asking for my number. I go to reply...and blocked.

Anyone else finding this is happening a lot on? I'm guessing they're fake profiles or something

It is so rude isn’t it. I don’t mind people saying no to me, I just can’t stand rudeness. Especially in here where once blocked you can’t get a message through to them, or out them for rudeness because admin will ban you.

I try to follow yogi Bhajans teaching on this, but it isn’t easy.

If you are willing to look at another person’s behavior toward you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time cease to react at all.

You should expect that most people are not mutually compatible with most other people and thus most chats will be dead ends or blocks.

As you delve deeper, things crop up which make the lack of a match clearer, or plans, availability etc change. We just need to have realistic expectations

The block shows you she isnt interested anymore. Sometimes its just easier to block than to tell someone they arent interested it saves the reply and sometimes abuse

We did this to begin with, however there are a finite amount of times we can get a volley of abuse back before we decide to just cut out the middle man and just go to blocking.

Fab whilst can be very good you need thick skin and never take rejection seriously its not real life

We have MUCH more trouble with folk getting right up to the 'arrange a social' point then going quiet on us or deleting our messages (yes then we block). One couple totally changed the rules at the last minute when we arrived at theirs (second meet), some clearly try to get Cherry on her own or try to make us fit their rules, even things we stated we hated
