Often discussed this exact scenario with friends …. My thoughts always if it happened to myself would be … feck it so what … your colleague is hardly going to mention it to anyone if that’s what your worried about … was your colleague not at the same party for the same reason as you … a big of fun with similar like minded people … no crime committed!

… I’d imagine it will never come up in conversation between ye in the workplace

As hot as it may have been at the time, do not say anything to her or attempt to bring it up. She'll probably be mortified and embarrassed to a degree she's been seen by someone she (I presume) does not socialise with outside of work? Unless she's the character that is quite open and brash about things I think mentioning anything about it to her won't result in anything good. Just be professional, do your job,and treat her like you did the day before at work before you saw her.

Sooooooo. Today I planned to just go in to work and act normal / professional about the situation . However she came to find me in the office and we had coffee, We have never spoken before today, just hi’s and bye’s normal office stuff. I said I didn’t plan to say anything as ones personal life should be respected.. Turns out she found it hot me watching and was disappointed I didn’t join in with the fun. She said she had tried to find me later but I was no where to be seen. As fun as it sounds I’m not sure I want the drama at work so I might have to fight it and keep her at arms length.
