Don't want to preach or knock you down as I can appreciate life is never black and white and relationships can be tricky. But you need to have a very open and honest conversation. Explain how you want a full and satisfying sex life and can she find a way to reach a compromise with you where you're both happy and content. Cheating isn't the answer and will destroy you in the end.

Shame cheating seems the easy answer to so many instead of actually having a conversation with so called loved ones. Chances are she’s aware anyway as the signs usually there, from cum filled pants and hidden locations to being constantly defensive and grumpy over the slightest of things

I agree. That said i know a guy whose wife kicked him out because he'd become constantly defensive and grumpy about the sluggtest thing. He,'d get home late and get mad whenever dhe asked where he'd been and told her he couldn't be asked/ couldn't remember anyway. She told him she had a partners intuition he was having an affair and kicked him out.

Seven weeks later he was found dead in a bedsit, with the autopsy revealing a large brain tumour.
