Its a hot fantasy and can definitely see the appeal!

However, having run a few bars and also a nightclub back in the day, your main issue - certainly for a nightclub or larger chain pub/bar - is the security. These places are fully covered by CCTV 24/7 and usually subcontracted to a specialist firm so remote coverage purposely never stops. Bear in mind these places mistrust the staff even more than any potential criminals etc! Sorry but I genuinely think you'll struggle to do this, certainly circa 2024.

You'll likely fare better with a privately owned pub if there are any landlords or landladies on here that might step in with suitable premises.

Hope you fulfil your fantasy though. If you prove me wrong I'd love it!

The only way to do this in a nightclub, unless you do get messaged by a generous owner of one on here, is to hire it. They would likely open up early for you but its very unlikely they'd do an afterhours one, you might get lucky. Your main issue then is how much you disclose what you intend to use the club for and how "liberal" the powers that be are. It depends how many members of staff need to be present and what their sensibilities are. The other major factor is, as others mentioned, is there will be CCTV on and they are VERY unlikely to turn it off. You will find in many places that it is separate to the venue so operated remotely so the staff cannot switch it off.

I've run and used nightclubs for many years now and have often had the same fantasy/thought as you but due to these hurdles I've never been able to make it happen.

I'm thinking owners of a private pub or bar may offer to host a gangbang for you at their place? A live in pub (as many are) might be the solution as its technically their home too so free to do whatever they like there.

Best of luck!

I used to manage a pub and we had a few after hours shenanigans, but 1. That was a few years ago, 2. It was a properly small independent music venue, and 3. Partly due to 2, I could switch the CCTV off. Could still be possible but you'd need somewhere whose management were extremely sympatico. That might not be a huge stretch though, in my experience the majority of the industry are, well lets just say quite bohemian in their attitudes.

You'll probably struggle to do this in a nightclub. But a pub is VERY doable

"Wouldn't it be affected by licencing regulations too?"

Very valid point. Nowadays they are using slightest complaint to revoke licenses.

At least in London.

Thanks for the insight.

I’m aware that large department stores (don’t want to give the name away) has 3 rd party security to lock up. Employees not trusted. So even if there is a false fire alarm, these guys are called.

In Japan we had a nightclub and after we closed around 3am we would go off to a Filipino club. They opened at midnight and often we would have breakfast there before going home and crashing for the day.

I run a venue, and as this post suggests CCTV would potentially put me in potential jeopardy.

I have worked and lived above venues all up and down the country and have had a blast doing so, especially back in the naughties,

I think people were a little more open minded and fun loving back in that period.

I find the younger generation I work with now are quite an angry bunch that struggle to relax.
