No shows

Now we know its part of the pitfalls and were not having a moan or rant about not showin up, but the question is have you ( or would you) use the report button if someone failed to turn up? Does it seem abit extreme or are you guys happy to let admin know ?

I think a report button would be abused by people who can't take rejection or a "no"

No shows unfortunately go with the territory

I think gut feeling should play a big part and verifications

I actually see no point in reporting anyone for anything, if you report someone the worse that can happen is they get banned, within 10 mins they can be back on with a new profile, all banning does is stops that profile it does not stop the person re joining and doing whatever they got banned for on another name, so whats the point?

i havnt done yet, i usualy just block them but i think i might do next time it happens if they dont let me know.

I've been fortunate that its not happened to me. If it did would I report them? I don't know to be honest

We always meet at either Jaydees or Chams so if they don't show we can still have a good time.

We haven't reported any no shows and normally were quite lucky as 99% of the people we choose are genuine funny and arrive on time I was just wondering as i noticed it on the report list and just wondered if anybody actually uses it

We have had quite a few no shows and have not reported them but on reflection we will from now on because we feel its rude and a potential time waster. As we get a mobile number from all of our meets we check by text an hour or so before due time and if we dont get a responce we dont go. All our meets know this and accept it, we have only adopted this because so many no shows, but would now report to stop them form keep doing it.
