Poor hygiene is a killer for me. Whatever the look like. But you can always clean them I suppose? "Hey, I have this bathing fetish!".

Many of the best sexual partners are ordinary looking as they have to try harder to be noticed. Great looks don't mean great sex in my book.

I would choose both, fantastic looks and poor hygiene could shower with me as part of the foreplay. Why discriminate against either, they both have feelings and needs so give them what they need before you start trying to park your poker in the fire.
