Confidence at clubs

I've recently came back to swinging after open the marriage back up.

Even though I'm not that attractive I developed enough confidence in myself to be able to chat to people.

Since coming back I've found it hard to get that confidence back, I just wanted to know if anyone else had that issue and how they overcame it
