From my pased experience lube is a option. On a meet I would work the rear hole with fingers as the lady rides the cock in her pussy,this would loosen the hole up.once it feels relaxed. A DP with 2 cocks is very different as it depends how well endowed each of the guys is, how fast they are going and how relaxed you are. There are various popper-type things which help if you know you will be doing DP but the only way to know if you're ready is just to go for it and see what happens.
