We’re in a long term relationship, and considering the idea of becoming a thruple fmf, before that crops up, we’ve had a few short relationships with women. We like a bit of kink as well as swinging, so no doubt a lengthy search ahead. How’s this worked for you guys who went down this path.

Carlisle usually

I think adding a third to an existing relationship rarely works out.

Especially when an existing couple decide that's what they're doing instead of it just happening organically.

Someone will always feel left out and neglected. And it's not always the unicorn

This was all the things we were discussing, and accepted the effort required to push forward with it, as we’re aware this is not all about the bedroom.

near you...

In my experience, you need to work whether you want a short to medium lover or a medium to long term partner. If the latter, be prepared to split your time equally between the three of you especially in the early days so you can get to know each other

Pain in the ass. What happens when one person is out of sync with the other two? When one person falls harder for one rather than the other? Theres enough emotion in two people and a third is just potentially more complexity.

Speaking from experience

Give it a go if you really want, but we will never ever do it again.

ish

Cant see it working to be honest , swinging is swinging so it doesnt really get in the way of everyday life,

Once feelings come into it thats a all new ball game x
