I have several, they do keep you hard and some will actually make you slightly larger. Mine has a vibrating egg and clit-stim too, which most ladies seem to enjoy.

Don't use one for extended amounts of time though, much more than 20mins can cause damage.

They do work, I've posted before that ours is adjustable and so is more comfy for Mr. Only problem for us is I take it as an opportunity to see if I can make him cum quicker with it on- just to show they aren't foolproof!
