Worcester

Looking to attend a club for the first time soon.

We are a little nervous as to what to expect....

Can anyone recommend the best place to start? We are in the West Midlands.

Next Door

Read the club reviews and look at the club websites, to find a night/club.

What to expect... depends on the club. Chams is fairly close to you and its a dress down club and byoa. Mixed aged group.

Xtasia is also near. Its more a nightclub feel, with lots of play areas. Again mixed ages.

Both excellent clubs offering a different feel to clubs.

If you don't want to meet single men, then lots of clubs have couples and single females on Saturday nights.

No expectations to play with anyone, treat it more like a bar and you all have swinging in common. talk to people in the bar areas.

Chams is a great club. Dress down at the lockers upstairs once you’re inside. Take your own drink if you do want alcohol. If you let the club know it’s your first time they’ll usually show you around. X

Middle England

Yes agree with the other comments; Chameleons or Xtasia would be great. Both different dress down/dress up so go with which you feel more comfortable with.

Will add Liberty Elite into the mix too just in case you're still looking for options (it's not quite W. Mids but should still be in your catchment area).

West Devon

Can't help you with a specific club in that area but as far as attending;

Go with no expectations. Talk to lots of people, don't shut yourselves away in a corner. If you play with no one else, at least play together if you feel comfortable doing so, it's still a thrill in that environment.

Be clear on your boundaries, not only with each other but also with others you may play with. Communication is key always ask permission and make sure others seek permission. Although alcohol may calm the nerves don't drink so much that you are not in control of you actions or aware of others' actions around you.

Above all else enjoy the experience and have fun.

Just our two pence worth

We loved Libs! First time we went was last month and wished we lived closer. We have been to around 10 clubs so definitely not newbies.

Honesty, everyone is so nice - pick an event or night you feel most comfortable. Staff always show you round and any questions you have they are happy to help.
