I had an experience like this when at uni.

A local kink club hosted a women’s dinner party who were dressed. Myself and other guys were naked taking their coats, serving drinks, food etc and after dinner could be taken upstairs for oral satisfaction.

I have done many meets where the purpose is primarily just to enjoy being nude.

Sometimes with people who are explicitly nudists/naturists which are usually very laid back occasions where arousal may happen but no one is expecting or intending a full sexual encounter.
