when looking for a potential meet, do you look at their verifications like a job reference?

or do you tend to ignore them and just go and see if you all get on and click?

Have a quick glance if several from the same person I won't meet, otherwise take them with a pinch of salt

Never take much notice of verifications , a lot I have discovered are complete fakes. Usser names put me off from contacting people, probably a bit daft but they tell me a lot about the person

I look at verifications often before I decide whether to message. If I don't match the type of profile they usually meet I often wont bother messaging.

The thing i look at most is the date of the verification though. If they have recent verifications i would see them as more likely to want to meet, and would be more inclined to message them.

As for the content, I tend to ignore that. Most men seem to write over-complimentary and generic bullshit.

I don't have that many even though I have been here for over 3 years, I hate graphic verifications and refused to show one myself once it was given, so he sent another one rewording it to my liking lol

Mine look as if I haven't met in nearly a year but I have, but I will say I am a fussy bugger so don't put to much into verifications

i always look at who has verfied more than what they've written - ie. someone sent us a message said they practised safe sex and a couple of their veris were from barebackers - can get goodinsights from veris. Z

For me personally. A veri would indicate whether she would be the kind of person i would get along with in terms of personality.

..veris that mention about how good she is atbsex/bjs blah blah i tend to ignore.

May be quite cynical of me. But i would look at the kind of person they meet and see how they chose them/why they chose them

..may not meet those who have so many veris from random people. Im not here for quantity or numbers..im here for quality.

So, would prefer veris that bring out their qualities.

I scan veris and read them more if they tickle my funny bone(I have some quite amusing ones!). I don't take them as gospel but they just help a wee bit to see how others see potential meets - just one of the many ways I filter

They help me. If I see the guy for example has met 5 single ladies from their verfis I will often message one to say woman to woman is he a nice guy and worth meeting. They will normally give me their honest opinion.

Then I tell him I have done that. If he gets arsey then block. If he understands why I need to feel safe then great x
