Of course. But what many men don't get (because it's pretty much always men looking for a sub, any old sub will do) is that the submission often comes with trust. A D/s relationship, even if it's 'only' sexual, requires developing over time, nurturing and trust building. There's very few (mentally healthy and well) women that will be open to submitting sexually to someone they barely know.
