I was talking to a guy today about the value of having a network of friends into swinging and I thought it interesting that he was sceptical about its worth for a single guy.

Pre-Covid I was pretty active on the fetish/swing crossover scene and have kept loosely in touch with lots of people that I’ve met over the years, largely either by WhatsApp or on other sites.

When I wanted to get back into swinging after Covid I mentioned it to a few friends and either met them or they suggested other contacts that they knew. In return I often do the same; if I meet someone for a social with a niche kink that isn’t for me I may well suggest them to a friend who is into that kind of thing.

I know that this approach has worked really well for previous male connections who were into kink, so I was somewhat suprised when a guy said to me earlier that he didn’t think it would work.

So, ladles and jellyspoons, is this something you do in your swinging life? Is your network of swing contacts important to you? Do you occasionally hook your friends up with people you think they’d be interested in?

Absolutely, I love my network of friends. Like you OP, mine span the swinging and kink worlds.

I know my single men friends have appreciated it
