Genuine swingers or Cyber Swingers

I have just been looking around a few profiles.I am back to the arm chair swingers again.You look at some of the verification on the profiles and you will see " this person is genuine ect " verified by webcam

How the fook can some one be verified as genuine by seeing them on a webcam. The only way you know someone is a genuine swinger is by meeting them face to face. The only thing the webcam confirms is their face matches the pics.nothing else.Shit I could have a 1000 verifications by webcam.But it does not mean Im genuine.A person is genuine when they turn up at meets.I class some one as genuine when they turn up.Not if I play with them but if they turn up, because we might not have that spark that leads to the fun.

To me you are not genuine if you have been verified by phone or webcam that just means you are a real person and not a real genuine swinger.I know people use the chat rooms to keep in contact with friends they have already met or are arranging to meet. Same with the forums to discuss thing to do with the swinging lifestyle

Its getting to the stage I belive we now have 2 types of swingers the real ones and the cyber swingers

I just wonder if you take any site and look at the total membership how many profiles can say I have had sex with some one of this site. I would love to know the percentages

Am I getting this all wrong I though swinging was about sex. skin on skin not webcam to webcam or phone to phone

I would rather have a site that has less members that are genuine that you know meet people than a site that has thousands of members that mostly verifiy each other via webcam and never meet face to face or the site has loads of members that have not been online in a while and they dont remove them so they can keep the membership figures up.

Before any one goes "here goes another singel male moaning about not meeting anyone" far from it

I can openly say I have had sex with members of this site and Ive met a lot more members face to face who Ive not had sex with.

If I look at a profile and see it has no verifications from a face to face meet and they have been on the site for more than 3 months I wonder why

( unless profile says not meeting at moment)

Averification by webcam, is not to verify as a swinger, just verifying that its the person in the photos, you cant even verify someone as genuine by meeting face to face, the only way you can verify as a genuine swinger is when he/she gets their kit off.

Remember the golden rule here,.. verifications are only an aid to help you make you mind up

The only verification I would go by that tells me they are swingers is via meetings, not phone, not webcam, nor face to face,.. many people will go to a swingers social not all will swing

Why would you care what verifications anyone has? After all you can hide them, they could have 2 from meeting, and 20 from people who they let down that they’ll never show on there profile, the fact that someone has met and played with someone else doesn’t mean they won’t let you down or waste your time, like S&A said, its nothing more than an aid.

If your using verifications to judge who’s genuine or not then your missing out on a lot of fun, why rely on someone else’s word when you can judge for yourself, if everyone thought like that anyone new to swinging would never get meets.

As for verifications by phone or web cam being useless, then that depends how you use the system, for example if a single female has 6 verifications via web cam, it gives you an indication that its actually a female rather than someone pretending to be one.

Either way, if you think verifications by phone or web cam are useless then all verifications are useless because no verification will tell you they will turn up to meet YOU.

That’s exactly the point _wabbit, you cant give negative feedback, so using feedback and verifications as a means of meeting people is pointless, for a start many genuine swingers don’t want to be verified, or show everyone who they have met, and opt out altogether, it’s merely and aid.

that what I mean why have it because its no use .Its and aid that does no use.If you know some one has met others then you might have a chance of meeting them but if all they have is webcam verifications it means nothing and you might have a good chance at being let down

It does have a use though, it gives you an idea that the people are who they say they are, but thats all it does, swinging was around before any verification and people met, why take someone elses word that they meet?

The majority of people who arrange meets, usualy insist on a fem-fem phone call or cam to cam before arranging a meet, so why is being verified as by either useless?

Interesting topic Guys.

We always check if someone has been verified "in person" if they have been on the site awhile.

It sounds a tad cold but people forget that most of us can't just drop everything & meet. We have babysitters , friends, family & the all important "our time" to consider.

We have nothing against cyber swingers, if it works for them then great but "wannabes" & dreamers, please keep your distance .
