I paid a couple a compliment who in turn blocked me because of no profile pic. They live 259 miles away never looking to meet or indicated I was looking to meet ?

People block for a myriad of different reasons. Just move on and try not to think about it to hard.

Alot of people will block simply because they aren't interested in you and didn't want to waste time.

All sorts of reasons, but paying a compliment is sometimes used by a guy to engage in conversations that are pointless for the couple, as they don't want to meet single males and in any event the male is over 250 miles away.

When we open messages from single guys there are so many to go through! A lot of guys can keep messaging daily (I assume they’ve forgotten they already messaged) so a lot of the time it’s easier to block rather than keep deleting messages, a simple message back can result in still receiving messages or unprecedented abuse

Yes told me I was blocked because of no pics on profile. Not a problem just find it strange took them longer to block me than a thumbs up lol.

I think most of us are so used to compliments on fab being an entry into further interaction that we tend to let it be known immediately that we're not interested. In fairness there are often threads complaining that their messages have been ignored or they've been blocked for no reason and here you are having had a reply and a reason for being blocked.
