Same old story but yet again had arranged to meet a guy we’ve spoken to a fair bit.

He’s already in a hotel for the weekend and wanted a live show nothing more, he’s even ordered lingerie and toys (his idea) now radio silence and hidden his profile

Maybe we’re over thinking it as he could of just blocked but it’s things like this thet make it even harder for single guys on here

Maybe the guy was not really single.

I only do club meets. It’s so much easier. Good setting, get to socialise and then see how it goes.

One scam (not relevant to this message) is single guys having a couple profile.

It’s an all too common occurrence unfortunately. As above I’ve had two occasions where couples have disappeared - even as I’ve been parked a thre agreed location (and seen that they’re near on the location… verified couples that is so had some reason to believe they were genuine … but yes much more common with guys

I accept “things come up but most of the time i just put it down to fantasists

To be fair I had a couple do this to me recently was chatting regularly wanted me to be their bull talking about the do's and don'ts was getting down to the final details and they haven't been online in 4 days,

Pretty sure couples bale out as well as single guys, although it's never happened to us before a meet.

But it's just fact of life, male fantasists will always be there.

Not just on Fab, all sites have them.

If initial contact is promising, an exchange of phone numbers often shows if they are more likely to meet.

If anyone has a foolproof method of finding genuine guys, please let us know...

People are people, they do get nervous or maybe they are all talk. I find chatting for a period of time helps out the flakey ones. I also never put myself under pressure. I have had to cancel last minute a few times and have always messaged or called to say so.
