After looking at them online for a while, the Missus and I decided "sod it" and ordered an anal-hook.

We just use the cleats from the sex-sling for restraining from the ceiling - did that earlier, and bit of face-slapping and rough handling really got me going!

I was in two minds about getting one but took the plunge and got a set from etsy with some changeable tapered ends rather than a ball end. Came with a collar and chain to attach it all too as well. Not used it that often so far but quite enjoyed it when we did.

Fwiw the ones with the changeable ends are considered quite risky. Best practice is to glue your favourite option on permanently.
