Hi I'm really struggling with self belief as to whether I can fully enbrace this lifestyle. Being happily married with a very normal vanilla life is is my absolute priority so am navigated though this is difficult.

More than happy to chat if it helps.

It can be difficult to balance your home life with your desires. Sometimes the two are compatible, sometimes they aren’t. It’s just a balancing act for many.

Genuinely hope you’re ok.

Up on them there hills

To me, self belief in domestic life and self belief in non domestic play are two different things. Suppose it’s almost like Freud and his I’d and super Ego theory, you have to find the Ego to understand it.

I think you just need to be able to separate the two.

That’s not easy. You have to consider your own personal priorities and how you go about setting boundaries for yourself and your family.

These are for you to consider and understand without the judgement or advice of anyone on here.

You do you

Just remember it’s your life your” fab experience”, you can take it as far as you want or not, even as fast or slow as you want there’s no rules, it’s all down to you and what you want, as long as know what it is, then stick to that, and you should be good as you dabble more into it your feelings and thoughts, they change, but always remember you’re in control

You’re very beautiful woman with a amazing body

I'm really not sure what you're asking

What precisely is it you're struggling with?

I always think that with anything related to the swinging lifestyle, if you have any slight doubts, you need to pause and take a little step back. Trying to force or analyse things can sometimes make it even more difficult.

Keep smiling OP

I see what your saying if it’s gets too much or effects your home life you can leave whenever you want to so don’t see it as anything more than that.

fab was set up for adults to have fun whatever that consists of in your mind. If you’re not having fun then maybe it’s not right for you?

If you have doubts of can't separate casual sex from the sex you have in your relationship don't do it. This isn't for everyone and sometimes fantasy is best kept that way

Based on the very little you've said, it sounds like you're not at all entirely sure. In which case, it doesn't sound like it would be a very enjoyable journey

this is just my take

if your not 100% sure or 100% confident or 100% social friendly then this scene will range from differcult to impossible

i would take a step back and talk think is this what you really want this scene is amazing but if your unsure it can destroy you / relationships

it should be for fun and fun only it not to make relationships better or fix them only strong relationship swing other fall apart, dont be weak some people prey on the weak as they know thats there only chance sorry rambling on but until your 100% sure i would take a step back

politely saying no is very easy you literally tag 'thank you' on to the end
