Personally, I use an applicator and put some inside before starting as N very girthy and over 8 long so by the time it’s at base the lube has rubbed off. Silicone lube is better than water based, as the body absorbs moisture. The pjur light blue water based one is okay as well, pricy though. Keep anal lube away from the vagina as they are different ph and can lead to BV.
