I always smile when I see the usual no nos because if you read the forums a great many people are into pee and pain so they aren't really the "usual" no nos.

Im think we've got this written on our profile, can't remember as I never read it. If not then my OH says this in messages to people. Can't really be bothered to be specific about every little thing and I'm sure people would ask if they didn't understand. And we've never been on a meet where our rules were ignored so I don't mind it really
