Could club owners be guilty of running a brothel on these nights by charging single men £40 to £50 with membership for entry?

I have heard that some clubs employ prostitutes for these events.

Most clubs charge reduced rates for these nights. Your never guaranteed sex so can't see how they could

some clubs for pay for ladies to be there. But even they can and do say no

You could argue all clubs are doing that. As they let single girls in for free on those nights.

On the night in question it is actually a cheaper entrance fee than normal - £15 instead of £30 and as the ladies have previously stated, they are the ones in charge and you would not be guaranteed anything except if you calling them insulting names you might be guaranteed to get something bitten off !!

Once you have paid a membership fee, which again is very reasonable compared to some other clubs, you are only required to pay entrance on any other night you would choose to attend.

I'm sure if it was illegal then clubs would be shut down by now?.If you pay for a hotel and meal when meeting a lady does that mean she is a hooker?

You would have to attend to know for sure. but on a technicality no.

For one it's an event, therefore not an ongoing thing, there is the premise that this event could occur anywhere else that was accommodating. This means that the host is responsible for their specific event and what goes on and if it is closed to members of public it's almost like having a private house party... though the people feeling the pinch are the single guys... Ouch!

2, some clubs may employ women who also do escort work, but this doesn't mean all the women they employ are escorts/prostitutes, and for a woman to be part of a line up of gangbang/bukake girls at an event where people are paying entry and this is organised through the hose... it's only fair they get a cut of what is gained.

It's like going to a concert or going to a dance club, everyone involved in the organisation gets a cut of the profits, anyone who wants to work for free is welcome to I imagine. people host gangbangs in their homes all the time and there is no question of prostitution, I don't see how this is any different.

The answer is in your question. The fee is for ENTRY. It is not for a guarantee of sex.

The fee may be for "entry" but so are Escort fees for "their company". An escort does not therefore gurantee sex within the agreement unless she says "it's £30 more for anal". Then that, as I understand it, is illegal.

it certainly isnt illegal, you pay membership for well membership, your entry fee is paying for use of the facilitys in the club, it doesnt state anywhere that joining and entering a club entitles or gurantees you to sex in any form, what happens in a club is between consenting adults.

its not really a point though is it, it is your thoughts/opinion and your starting thread after thread to try get some sort of support but at the end of the day the club scene works fine as it is and they arent breaking any laws in what they are doing, would you rather there be no clubs at all out of spite.

They cater for these nights not just for men but for the women that enjoy them...and its down to them how many and who is involved.

And the men that go probably don't mind paying the fees if they did the events wouldn't go on.

I'm not sure why you felt the need to mention the pricing for single males in your question - the gender of the person(s) attending is irrelevant really. If you remove the words 'single' and 'men' from the sentence then it still makes sense, is less inflammatory and avoids this thread turning into a discussion on gender-based discrimination.

As mentioned above, there is no guarantee that someone attending a club is going to have sex. That's not what the club charges a fee for. You pay for the privilege of using the facilities not for fucking the other people who are there. You don't get your money back if you go to a club but don't get to play.

For that reason clubs are not guilty of soliciting, if that's what you're asking.

Your 2nd comment is nothing but a strawman which has no bearing on your initial question.
