point 1:-there should be a standard method of measuring laid down by the EU and random checks should be carried out to ensure these are complied with!

point 2:-man inches are always smaller than woman/real inches,hence a guy saying 9inches usually equates to about 7 real inches if you're lucky,this practice should also be investigated by the EU and if manipulation of the data has occurred hefty fines should be levied!
