I'd disagree. Cougars can be almost any age as long as they have a taste for men significantly younger than themselves.

"Milf" is really a male perspective thing - it would be a bit strange for a woman to call herself that.

I feel that being a cougar would be more about the age gap than the actual age of the woman. So a woman could be a cougar in her mid-30s, if she was going after guys in their 20’s.
