I wondered if any experienced members could advise on the procedure if any for checking others health and STI's at clubs or is it just a free for all?

We are all responsible for our own safety. Clubs often provide free or cheap condoms but that's as far as it goes.

Clubs also often have drop in sessions for checks...

There are no rules as in just use condoms.. I've never seen anyone use a condom for oral or dental dams etc.. but find condoms for full sex are the norm..

the best way for safer sex is to look after yourself and yourself only the swingers scene is a very 50/50 when it comes to safer sex and bear in mind people lie .... there are loads of safe sex couples on here whom are well know for having bareback but they like to be on the right side ...

there is no such thing as safe sex only safer sex the number one thing any swinger can do to safe guard is to test regularly its the only real way of knowing if your std free or not

if your ocd on safe sex then maybe swinging is not for you because no one is 100% safe

Would imagine it's the same approach with non-swinging sex with a new partner.

You look after yourself, bring your own protection and discuss with your prospective play partner(s) before you start playing.

If they are OK with you not being protected, then that probably means they've been unprotected with others before too, so it's up to you if that's a risk you want to take.

We only play with protection. No judgement on others so long as they are open about it (not all will be).

Even then, you can't be sure, so get tested regularly anyway.

You can't really check others health unless there's obvious signs of infection.

Maybe go to a club intending to just observe, that'll give you a better idea of how things are.

Well it could be called sliding, roundabouting or even parking. Swinging does sound much better, though a little slide time with the mrs does look like a very good option, if it was available of course. Never one to presume, fortunately lol

Clubs just provide the environment where like-minded people come together. They are not providers of sexual services, as all action is negotiated and consented to by individuals. The same agreements can be individually made at clubs or elsewhere, to cover or not.

Individuals are responsible for their own testing regimes and provision of whatever they need, though you can frequently get condoms

You could take your last test results I guess but unless you've had no sex since then they don't mean much.

There’s only one person who’s status you can be sure of and even then it’s subject to change based on when you last had sex and when you were tested.

Ensure you follow safer sex practices and keep up to date with testing. That way if anything does show you can take the treatment and ensure you protect others until you’re clear.
