I think the title speaks for itself.

Would just like to hear a few opinions on the topic, obviously being only 25 myself (25 and three quarters actually ) it's an applicable topic to myself.

Thanks in advance fabbers x

Not in my opinion. Lots of people disagree with me though.

I think your age represents many things aside from the number of years you've been alive. You can infer much from it.

To some people it’s just a number and to others it matters, depends entirely on the individual.

It’s applicable to everyone because everyone has an age….it’s actually less applicable to you than it is to people older than you because only people older than you are going to be put off by your age whereas people who are middle aged will have older and younger people put off because of their age.

Let’s say for example the maximum age gap that’s acceptable is 10 years, the only people of legal age who are out of your acceptable age range are ones that are more than 10 years older than you but for someone my age the people who are more than 10 years older and more than 10 years younger than me are out of my age range.

So you should be glad that it’s not something that’s as big an issue for you now as it will be as you get older.

Not for me no.

It won't matter to some, but does to me.

Nope. There's no substitute for life experience, irrespective of the number of verifications

Really doesn't matter to me. If you're sexy you're sexy, you don't stop being sexy because you were born a couple of years earlier.

You're as young /old as the activities you do and your outlook on life

Age is not just a number it's a fact, a chronological one.

However, your biological/ physical age, mindset and whatnot can be wildly different.

In spite of this I wouldn't meet someone over 10 years younger than me. Older is more flexible and would vary by individual.

If age was just a number there wouldn't be an age range on profiles.

Age is the accumulation of experience. The key is looking after yourself and learn from experiences.

people of a similar age may have more in common but age difference does not stop people from having sexual fun

We set age preferences for a reason.

It’s just a number until you try to do something that you could do easily 10-20 years ago

For example if I was to try going on two all nighters with no sleep and go to work on Monday morning I think I’d fail today.

It's just a number but with that number comes a whole raft of life experience, attitude shifts, mellowing (or not in some cases) - so while age is indeed just a number it's a reasonable indication of maturity (although not always).

Thank you for this thoughtful question from the younger generation

I know some old thinkers who are in their 30’s and young thinkers …. and doers in their 70’s age is a state of mind and as long as we are loved and wanted age doesn’t matter.

When you get to a certain age with the challenges that it brings you can begin to become invisible to your partner and the opposite sex. It doesn’t stop you feeling the urges and pleasures of the flesh that you had in your thirties.

You can still get a buzz from the appreciation from the opposite sex, a lingering look, a kiss, the brush of a hand, the gaze that stays on your breasts, bottom or crutch a little longer than it should, your skin still flushes and tightens from a caress, stroke, the pat of a bottom no matter what weight you are and the number of lumps bumps and wrinkles you have collected along life’s path.

“Age is only a number” is only ever uttered by people who are unhappy with their age.
