Prostate issues - question for the guys

I have a problem with an enlarged prostate which is hopefully getting sorted surgically next yr.....ouch!!

In the meantime, I can't actually ejaculate....my orgasms are 'dry'

Should I share this with a lady/couple before we get naked? I find it quite difficult to talk about.

Speak to consultant. I was told didn't need the meds. Semen just gets absorbed into the bladder and comes out in pee sometimes. Waiting to see if my pop shots return now off the meds

I've radiotherapy for prostate cancer. Since then, I cum very little or not at all. Still experience strong orgasms though. And erections aren't as reliable as they used to be, though Viagra does help. I consider it a fair price to pay to be free of cancer now though.

I always tell any would be sexual partners of this, and no one has ever had a problem with it. And of course, it's not uncommon in men of my age!

I've had a prostatectomy and radiotherapy for prostatectomy cancer, so don't ejaculate but have very intense orgasms. Sugar Tits isn't a cum fan, so thinks it great that there's no mess, though there are times.....

3 weeks ago had a TURP procedure and they claim 30% chance of not getting an erection and 50% chance of not cumming so got all this to look forward to..... Just hope i can still get a hard on and please the wife

I've got same problem with same meds, don't ejaculate and orgasm is different and not intense, feel very little when I cum in her, feel more with a handjob

Transurethral resection of the prostate is Transurethral resection of the prostate. Basically the enter the cock amd scrap the inside of the prostate. I had it done because after going for a piss I still held over 500ml in the bladder which was back filling into the kidneys causing more problems. So far all seems well but still waiting to heal before testing if i can get a hard on or indeed cum.. soon find out

I had turps 2 years ago as had bladder stone due to not fully emptying bladder

Had to wear pad for few weeks as not fully in control bladder but over couple months that sorted it's self

I still get hard sometimes think take bit more stimulation but that might be as in 60s .still come maybe less amount. Also sometimes think takes me longer to come. Then again that could be age as well

Mind you met a lady off here had no complaints fucking lot longer before coming !!!
