In June we had our first experience with another couple we have met a cpl of time since and it was fun, on Saturday they invited us to a party we got there and there was about 15 other couples ,long story short my wife just went wild after a nervous start she got really into it,iv never seen her so excited she must have fucked evey guy there at first I was enjoying seeing her but as the night went on I got really jealous,the morning after I still feel hurt she was covered in love bites on her breasts,belly and between her legs ,she did and said things I'd never heard before... I think I might have opened a Pandoras box and not sure I like it .... are My feelings normal

I think your feeling are valid and normal mate . The fantasy of swinging with a partner can be different from the reality as you witnessed.

Have a deep chat with her & mention all these feelings. Then decide what’s best for you both.

Communication, being really honest about feelings and any concerns is vital. You need to chat together about what happened and how you felt at the time and after. Don't continue any swinging activity until you have talked about what happened recently.

You can't predict how you feel, but ought to have had an agreed sign if things don't feel right and one of you isn't happy at any point during the evening.

Talk things through and then see how you feel about future activities ensuring you ate both comfortable with things. Good luck.

We have a good chat before any event about expectations and limits.

Things change over time, things that were a no become a maybe things that were a yes become a no.

No hard and fast rules on the journey.

Most important thing is staying together hopefully and should only be something you both want to do.
