Totally agree. I’m fitter, stronger and am a better fuck now than I was in my younger years. 54 and long may it continue

I'm much more confident and sexually aware of what I want, much more open to try new experiences and know what I can give to others for pleasure. With age comes confidence and experience which makes sex so much better. Only wish I was like this at a much younger age.

Seriously though all ages have their good and bad aspects. Personally I'd like to have the body I had in my forties and the attitudes I have now but I don't regret my age... it'd be pointless anyway but I don't think one age is better tjan another, you need to live through them all anyway.
