can we first address the finger nails ? I find many men aren't conscious of them while fingering .... if you're going to be doing buck wild fingering kindly cut and file the nails please ....

as for the action itself , one finger to warm up then add as you go ...Don't try to jam 3 or 4 at once ....

I would think this is basic but it's seems not to be the case .
