Yes many times. We live and play in same area, but discreation is the key. It's unlikely that your playmates are going to tell anyone outside the "swinging circle" so it isn't an issue for us.

No need to feel embarrassed at all.

If you're serious (and you're often not), then that seems suprisingly illogical.

At a club like that you could unknowingly end up with someone from the next street anyway, couldn't you?

..and if you're worried about bumping into me in the street then you're mad - I don't walk anywhere and spend so little time in Chippenham it's not true.

Hopefully this is your dry hibernian wit & I've just fallen for it again.

i bumped into someone i line manage recently at a club ...the irony being i was 50 miles from home and her almost 100. So even not playing on your doorstep wont always avoid the issue and would stop me going anywhere if i worried about it too much.

its happened three times in 6 years, and not yet have I had a problem with anyone being indiscreet.

Can't for the life of us understand why anyone should feel embarrassed.

Afterall, you've only recently been shagging each other by mutual consent.

It seems a little juvenile to go all coy about it.

If the thought of meeting someone they've had sex with embarrasses some folk perhaps they've chosen the wrong passtime.

How on earth does hoping that your swinging life is not inadvertently exposed by a chance encounter read across as choosing the wrong past time, that just feckin plain daft

This lifestyle is full of folk who are not full time Dom's who wish their swinging lives to remain private and as such inadvertent meetings can be fraught with danger.

Mrs Bonks whilst on her own encountered friends with their kids and in laws and she and the friends were bloody uncomfortable.

Sorry but if anyone is unable to grasp this then maybe they are in the wrong past time as I would bet money they are also in the minority with regards this.

Agree totally with TraceandRic! Cannot for the life of me understand why someone is good enough to have sex with, but is not good enough to say Hi in the street! It is what you make it! If you start getting embarrassed and stuttering and going red, of course that will look bad to others. If you just treat them like friends, where is the issue?

We live half a mile from our closest playmates and 4 miles from the next closest. We go out for meals and drinks and have even been to the Casino with them. Playmates from Essex have even seen one of our kids when she turned up unexpectedly!

And I fail to see how being comfortable with what we do and being able to treat all people equal, whilst being discrete, makes this the wrong past time for us!

Jus sayin...
